You can delete your account and your data at any time. Deleting your account closes it: your profile is anonymized, your live demands are cancelled, and you can no longer sign in. Your data is removed within 30 days of your request (see the Privacy Policy, section 5).
The fastest way is the in-app self-service deletion: open Settings, then Delete account. It applies immediately: your profile is anonymized, your live demands are closed, and you are signed out.
You can also ask us to delete your account or your data by email, sent from the address registered on your account: data protection at dpo@sahlaschool.com, or support at support@sahlaschool.com. We confirm within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your profile data, demands, responses, chats and points records are deleted or anonymized. Chat messages and reports are kept only for the time needed for moderation and legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.
