Welcome to SahlaSchool (sahlaschool.com), the marketplace that connects students and parents with verified private professionals. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy, available on the same page, is part of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.
SahlaSchool is an intermediary: it helps students and parents publish learning demands and helps verified professionals respond to them, chat, and complete the connection. A demand is reviewed by our moderation team before it is published, and every professional is verified before their profile goes live. The agreement for the lessons themselves (content, schedule, and price) is made directly between you and the professional. SahlaSchool is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee its performance.
One account per person; provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. Students and parents must have a verified phone number to post demands. We may suspend accounts that provide false information.
You agree not to: publish false or misleading content; impersonate others; send abusive, harassing or offensive messages; post content you do not have the right to use; attempt to disrupt the platform or bypass its moderation; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these rules, and block the accounts responsible.
Professionals purchase points packages to respond to demands. The cost of an offer is always shown before it is sent. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are never stored by SahlaSchool. Purchased points are non-refundable, except where required by law or where support grants a refund (for example, when a demand is removed by moderation, the points spent on it are refunded automatically). Withdrawing an offer does not refund the spent points.
The content you publish (demands, offers, messages, photos, documents) remains yours. You grant SahlaSchool a non-exclusive license to store, display and process it to provide the service. You confirm you own or have the right to upload what you publish. The SahlaSchool name, logo, and software are owned by SahlaSchool.
SahlaSchool provides the platform with reasonable care, as-is. We are not liable for the quality or completion of lessons, for agreements between users, or for user conduct. Our verification of professionals is a good-faith identity and qualification check, not a guarantee of their teaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may delete your account at any time; your data is removed within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the law, with notice where reasonable. Suspended accounts can no longer post demands or respond to them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are announced on the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
